Every day of the week a different regional market draws buyers and sellers from a wide region of the state. In addition to an enormous display of local fruits, vegetables, textiles, live turkeys and chickens, you get to hear indigenous languages and see women from local villages in beautifully embroidered blouses and aprons with colorful ribbons in their braids.
